To be used with the Best Bottom Potty Training pants these inserts are soft and absorbent leaving just enough moisture for kids to feel when they need a change.  

Three inserts come with each Best Bottom Potty Training Kit.  You will need as many inserts as your child has accidents between washings.  More for the early stages and fewer for more advanced potty training children.  Best Bottom recommends between 6 and 9 for each child.
